Terms of sale
These terms describe the platform's current auction and Buy Now process. Lot-specific notices and a signed consignment agreement may add to these terms.

The platform trades as BHF Auctions from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Enquiries: concierge@bhfauctions.com.
Registration and verification
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. We may require identity, source-of-funds, deposit or other checks before enabling or accepting bids. Approval may be limited, suspended or withdrawn where reasonably required for legal, security or auction-integrity reasons.
Lot information and inspection
Review the complete catalogue entry, images, provenance information and available condition report before bidding. Estimates are opinions, not guarantees of value. Condition statements are guidance and do not replace inspection. Material corrections should be published on the lot or communicated before the sale closes.
Bidding
A bid becomes binding when the platform confirms acceptance. The highest accepted bid at closing may be successful, subject to reserve, verification, system reconciliation and any lawful auctioneer discretion stated for the sale. The platform uses published increments and may extend a timed lot after a late bid. Bid history and the server-side auction record govern over a bidder's local screen.
Price and payment
Before confirmation, the platform displays the hammer or Buy Now amount, 12.5% buyer's premium and 5% VAT applied to that premium. Shipping, storage, insurance, customs and destination charges may be additional and must be disclosed when known. The current checkout creates an unpaid invoice; it does not collect card payment. Follow only verified payment instructions shown in your authenticated account or issued through confirmed BHF channels.
Collection, delivery and risk
No lot is released before cleared payment and completion of required checks. Collection or delivery arrangements, costs, export restrictions, transfer of risk and any storage deadline must be confirmed on the invoice or directly with BHF before payment.
Complaints and corrections
Send catalogue, transaction or service complaints to concierge@bhfauctions.com with the lot number and relevant evidence. BHF will acknowledge and review the complaint and will not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable UAE consumer law.
Law and disputes
Applicable UAE law and the jurisdiction or dispute process stated in the final counsel-approved sale agreement apply. Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory consumer right or authority jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.

يصبح العرض ملزماً بعد تأكيد قبوله من المنصة. يجب مراجعة وصف القطعة وحالتها ورسوم المشتري وضريبة القيمة المضافة وتكاليف الشحن قبل التأكيد. لا تجمع صفحة الشراء الحالية بيانات البطاقة؛ بل تنشئ فاتورة غير مدفوعة. لا تؤثر هذه الشروط في أي حقوق إلزامية يقررها قانون دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
يجب اعتماد الشروط العربية الكاملة وبيانات الرخصة والكيان القانوني من مستشار قانوني مؤهل قبل الإطلاق التجاري المنظم.
